Grant Drumheller is a painter in oils. His work has been exhibited in New York City, throughout New England, and in Europe.

First acknowledged for his use of figurative and symbolic imagery that evoke allusions to myth and allegory, Drumheller works largely from life, exploring portraiture, landscape, interiors, and still life.

He states, ”Recently I have been working the surfaces on my paintings to make the paint a more active element in molding the images. My new work draws from disparate sources; ancient architectural remains, 19th century photography, domestic interiors, still lives and the familiar terrain of family."
